The animals listed depend on the piece. If yours is not listed, choose the "other animal" option where it appears, or contact us before ordering so we can confirm the price.

Our hand-drawn portrait and bookmark pin are made from your pet's photo and do not list specific animals.
More than one pet
Our hand-drawn portrait can show one, two or three pets in the same picture. Choose the number of pets in the options and upload one photo per pet. Other pieces do not list an option for more than one pet, so contact us before you order.
Photos
A clear, in-focus photo in good light works best. Face-on shots let us see your pet's eyes and markings. Send one pet per photo, and add an extra from the side or back for special markings. Our photo guide has more detail.
Making and shipping time
Every order ships within 7 days of purchase. After that, delivery time depends on your address and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Our shipping policy has the details.
Shipping costs and free U.S. shipping
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free.
Final sale and free remakes
Each piece is made for your pet, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we make it right with a free remake.

If you need to change something, contact us before production begins and we will do our best to update your order.
Your photos and your privacy
We use the photos you send to make your custom item. By sending a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. Our privacy policy and terms of service explain this in full.
