Every Cusmine keepsake is made by hand for your order, based on the pet photo you send us. This page explains how production and shipping work.
Made to Order
We start making your piece after you place your order. Each order ships within 7 days of purchase.
If the photo you provided is not clear enough for us to work from, we will contact you and ask for another photo before we begin.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery time depends on your address and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
